Angel's Egg is an early Mamoru Oshii film and it's on Youtube. Really phenomenal, meditative piece. The first watch is challenging but each watch after is very rewarding in my opinion.
Check out Welcome to Irabu's office. It's for sure the most out there anime I've seen.
