Non duality is crazy to think about it completely destroys my old world view even just the thought without a direct realization that I am all there is ever was and ever will be is terrifying to "me". Anyone here have experiences with this they'd care to share? or just general advice?

This video has been helping me feel calm about it the music makes it feel like a cosmic/mystical school and some of the statements are extremely powerful, if anyone could ID the first two songs that would be amazing.

Also just hearing everyday people Id see on the street talk about it is kind of comforting.

It reminds me of the End Of Evangelion where everyone turns into LCL but shinji decides to turn back into a separate egoself instead of us all being one.

I'm ready for a new vision. I don't like egos, and such I can't ingest most of culture which is based on a cult of personality. How much of ego is just wasting time? I don't like to waste time. I'm for anything that puts people in the now so they can reflect upon the past and gets us out of the absurd future. I don't want to exclude anyone but given all we know it's easy to assume if you don't see humanity as a chain dating back to the first caveman then you are not fully evolved culturally.

Duality? Y not. U have 2 sides, u know. Sometimes u 1 person, then another. Like sunny-stormy. Some days loser, then badass. Total weirdness. Good and bad. Light and dark. Keepin' life interesting.
