I know these, they're both very good, especially the last one. I've spent hours on all of them individually.
4chan's technology board has a list of cool websites that's constantly being updated. Check it out here.
One website I especially like which is similar to windows93.net is this one, poolside.fm. A late 90's aesthetic website. They also have an iphone app and an instagram with similar content.
