i also have these random ass people bugging me, saying everything i do sometimes, like telling me they know everything im doing. voicing my password as i type it in and shit
they're always around but i can only hear them, never see them
even their kids act weird, like in my business and sometimes saying degrading remarks

i've had these nosey neighbor voices for two years now and they don't relent
so far i just ignore them but it bothers me that i have no privacy
i suspect they have some isp related spy tools (probably made by the nsa)

anyone else have these types of relationships with their neighbors?

i am diagnosed with schizophrenia but im not sure the diagnosis is the reality
