You can’t. When you go back in time you forget the future and only remember when you already passed it. Basically useless. And I don’t know how to willingly time travel, cause my time travel is not willing. Idk what causes it

I’m so so so so fuggin fascinated by the thought of real deal actual people in time travel situations I have so many questions they’re all clogging the way through to my fingertips and I can’t think of any specific ones rn BUT I’d be incredibly appreciative if you could give me any kinda, like, overview.. or any stories or ANYTHING really. Like, I am aware that (at least) certain ETs do not experience our earthly linear kinda time, and certain others have learned to work outside of it (or so I’ve heard). Are you , as far as you can be aware, an ET person?
Also! If you cannot remember the future how can you be aware of your own time traveling self? What does that feel like ? Must be disorienting.
Also x3: Since time isn’t like “set in stone” as it were how does moving into the future work? Do you have any more like control over the pathways time will take for everyone?

When I was really manic the start of 2021 I experienced some sort of alignment of time so that everything that happened I new that it should happen that way and wasn’t surprised (but I was stressed out and blacking out because of being so manic). Basically futuresight but the present not the future because seeing into the future isn’t possible, like maybe you could guess? Idk it’s been a year and all I know is that nothing felt like a coincidence even though it was a quote unquote coincidence of course. Just seeing a concrete pole or some guy jumping over a fence to smoke or a car driving past or hearing a dog bark at a certain time related to other sounds and knowing that I’ve experienced it before even though I shouldn’t have. Heightened senses from instances of spiraling did that. You’d think it could be useful it’s more worrisome. I mean idk what’s going to happen next just that I will experience it and have experienced it that sort of thing. Sucks to time travel when you’re just reliving the worst part of your life.
