Me and my friends always look for nice spots to skate. One day we hit the jackpot with a 3 floor parking garage and exposed top floor. It was next to a train track that's used by freighters. It was perfectly legal for us to be there but we had the bright idea of throwing our boards up from the bottom to the top floor. So we deservedly got the boot and banned from returning. Essentially, if you do find a nice place, just dont be a nuisance and your chance of getting booted will be lower. Also, places next to business parks or just high-profile offices will have a higher chance of kicking you out. The people there have a lower tolerance for fun, despite it being legal to be there. The best places are usually pretty hidden too, whether it be behind a thin patch of trees or behind a large school building.
