I won't lie to you, I have no personal experience with such services, but here's what I managed to find on another forum in the music section https://promosoundgroup.net/collection/s...promotion/ . Here you can buy different promotion options on Spotify that will allow you to get listens, subscribers and popularity. This is not a bad option for a young artist to make a name for themselves.
