Any recommendations for books on Jungian psychology? Ive read part of man and his symbols up to the second part but a bit disappointed about the lack of information on the shadow and also actual methods for integrating the shadow and the anima/animus by yourself. Still very intresting stuff about dream interpretation and symbolism.

Let us know if you find one that's not all academian purple prose or written by a thought leader influencer guru type. My understanding of it is mostly from other's dissection of it. I saw a lecture that was on youtube a while back, I'll see if I can find it if you're interested
