has anyone here played any of the dead rising games? i've been replaying the first two recently for nostalgia's sake and i'm surprised by how well they hold up - the first one definitely has a difficulty curve to overcome, but once you get the small chainsaw and some books you start leveling up more and more it's quite fun.
i can't believe the first game is gonna be 15 years old in august, it still looks pretty damn good for a game released in 2006. the gore effects (especially the ones for dying survivors) are fucking dope.
dead rising 2/off the record hold up as well too, even if i'm a little salty about the reduced difficulty.
i haven't bothered to play the third game.
we don't talk about dead rising 4.
